Description

This class is intended for students in the Information Technology and Business concentrations, The objective of this course is to equip students with the problem-solving skills and computational techniques needed for further coursework and their careers. This course serves as a continuation of Algebra. Topics covered include a comprehensive review of algebra, functions and relations, systems of equations in two variables, quadratic functions, polynomial functions, inverse functions, exponential functions, and logarithmic functions.

Prerequisites

Current ALEKS Math Plcmt 26 or higher, or a C- or higher in MATH.1115 Fund of Algebra, and Anti-req: Credit will only be granted for one of the following: MATH.1200/1225,1210, or 1205. Please Note: Acad. Petition required for al Anti-req exceptions.
