The university has transitioned to an online travel registration system for all university travel including Faculty, Staff and Students. The travel registry, commonly referred to as the Terra Dotta travel registry, has replaced the paper Pre-Travel Authorization Forms, the Faculty Request for Professional Absence Form and the Student Liability Waiver Form. These forms, and therefore registration in the Travel Registry, is required for all overnight domestic and international university/business travel regardless of the funding source.
Every effort has been made to streamline the Pre-Travel Authorization process for entering and approving travel. By migrating the paper process to an electronic format, registration is simple and takes only a few minutes to complete.
