Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of applications that is great for graphic design, photography, video editing, web development and cloud services.

LICENSE COVERAGE

Adobe has changed how they license their products, they are moving to a “named-user model” in-which faculty and staff log into Adobe Creative Cloud. License keys are no longer used. IT will be pushing out Adobe Creative Cloud app to faculty and staff that do not already have it. Adobe apps can be downloaded, updated and uninstalled directly from this application.

SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD

If you need to install Adobe Creative Cloud app:
  • Download the application
    • For Windows users download the Adobe Creative Cloud App.
    • For Mac users download the Adobe Creative Cloud app from the “Self Service” portal in your Applications folder.
    • Also download from Adobe.
  • Login to the Adobe Creative Cloud app with your UMass Lowell credentials and select Enterprise ID.
  • From the apps menu find the software you need and click “Install”.
If you have Adobe Creative Cloud app:
  • Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud app from the system tray or the Programs/Applications menu
  • Login to the application with your UML credentials and select Enterprise ID.
If you have Adobe CS 5 or earlier:
  • Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud app from the system tray or the Programs/Applications menu
  • Login to the application with your UML credentials and select Enterprise ID.
  • From the apps menu find the software you need and click “Install
  • NOTE – CS5 products and older will no longer work after November 30th. Please install new apps.
REMEMBER!
  • Login to the Adobe Creative Cloud app prior to November 30th, 2018.
  • Note: Users with CS5 products and older will need to install the new versions of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, etc. This must be done prior to November 30, 2018.
