Transaction Disputes

Please contact the vendor to attempt to resolve any issues of incorrect charges (failure to receive goods, incorrect amounts, duplicate charges, credits not processed, etc.). Most of these issues can be resolved directly with the vendor. If you are unable to resolve any dispute with the vendor, or if there is a charge on your statement from a vendor that you have not done business with, please contact Citi Bank at the customer service number below and notify ProCard Services as soon as possible.
