Using Lowell as a case study of industrialization and urbanization, this four-part workshop will explore teaching climate science and justice across the curriculum to promote student agency. In the workshop we will:
- Provide models of project-based learning that encourage student agency and action.
- Show how climate justice content crosses frameworks and disciplines.
- Build your knowledge and confidence about teaching this content.
- Help you workshop lesson ideas to build a set of classroom resources.
