The Office for Faculty Equity and Retention builds upon the successes of the UMass Lowell Center for Women & Work (CWW)’s Making WAVES initiative, as well as efforts identified by the University-wide Sexual Harassment Task Force and the Social Justice and Inclusion Task Forces.
