As part of this focused planning effort, we will be pausing the open Annual Call for projects this year. During this time, we kindly ask that any project needs be communicated through your established leadership channels—starting with your Department Chair, Dean or Director, and then up to your respective Provost or Vice Chancellor. These requests will then be brought forward to the Space Committee for thoughtful review and, as appropriate, presentation to the Executive Cabinet. Please note that requests should not be sent directly to Facilities.
On a related note, the Annual Equipment Call is moving forward as scheduled and is currently open for submissions through the main Facilities Management website. Prioritized submissions are due by Friday, June 27, 2025.
