The Honors College has a brand-new application portal for the $1,500 Honors College Fellowship Program.
Please consider submitting a proposal through this new portal so as to work directly with one of our talented Honors students, with funding from the Honors College.
The new application portal makes the application process more uniform while also streamlining that process and better connecting our Honors students to fellowship opportunities and the faculty providing them.
Through our Fellowship Program, the Honors College awards qualified Honors students with a stipend of $1,500 (applied to the student's account) for a commitment of approximately 100 hours of scholarly activity, to be completed within 12 months.
Students also have the opportunity to potentially use this fellowship as an Honors Experiential Learning Opportunity, which would satisfy either an H4, H5, or H6 honors requirement.
Note: All Fellowships must have a critical reading component and conclude with a 15-minute in-person presentation, which will occur the first Tuesday and/or Thursday of every month. It is important that the project offers a meaningful opportunity to the student to engage with the faculty mentor.
