UMLO.1500 Career Exploration & Planning
Designed to support students with career exploration and decision-making, this course includes classroom activities and outside assignments for students to reflect on skills, values, interests, and career readiness, as well as to research multiple career paths. Open to undergraduate students from any class year, this course will be beneficial to any student who is trying to identify what career field they want to pursue.
We are offering two sections — one on North, one on South.

UMLO.2000 Job & Internship Search
This course has been designed to guide each student in developing a sound search strategy. Students will develop tailored application and self-marketing material, and will practice communicating skills, knowledge, and experience that they have to offer employers both on paper and in-person. The course will incorporate the Career Launch Method, a proactive approach to building social capital and tapping into the hidden job market.
Pre-requisites are: ENGL.1010 College Writing I, and ENGL.1020 College Writing II, or HONR.1100 First Year Seminar in Honors: Text in the City.
We are offering three sections of courses – two on North, one on South. Please note that section 203 is designated for RHSA participants.
