UMLO.1500 Career Exploration & Planning
Designed for undergraduate students who want to take a deep dive into the career exploration and decision-making process, this course has students examine their interests, skills, and values, as well as potential career paths. As a part of the course, students will complete CliftonStrengths for Students, an assessment that helps individuals identify their top talent themes. We’re offering two sections — one on North Campus, one on South Campus.

UMLO.2000 Job & Internship Search
This course is designed to guide undergraduate students in developing a sound search strategy, creating tailored application and self-marketing materials, and practicing interview skills. The course will incorporate the Career Launch Method, a proactive approach to building social capital and tapping into the hidden job market. We’re offering three sections — one on North Campus, one on South Campus, and one for RHSA participants (sec 203, also on North Campus).
Pre-requisites for UMLO.2000 are: ENGL.1010 College Writing I, and ENGL.1020 College Writing II, or HONR.1100 First Year Seminar in Honors: Text in the City.
