As we welcome everyone back to campus, we anticipate a very heavy demand for service by the Facilities, IT, Access Services and Office Services departments. We are all excited about the campus returning to full operation and will respond to your requests as quickly as possible. We will be prioritizing service requests based on student support, instructional and research support, life safety, building security and critical infrastructure.
Please follow the guidance below for submitting service requests:
Facilities-related service requests
- Routine maintenance and non-urgent requests should be submitted online.
- For Facilities-related emergencies and for urgent service needs, please call 978-934-2601.
IT-related service requests
- Routine technical requests and non-urgent support needs that do not impact instruction may be emailed to help@uml.edu.
- For emergencies, please call Tech Services at 978-934-4357. Please be advised that wait times will likely be extended due to higher-than-normal demand.
UCAPS-related service requests
- Requests for adding UCard access should be submitted by e-mail to UCAPS@uml.edu.
- Requests for changing building unlock schedules should be submitted by e-mail to UCAPS_Scheduling@uml.edu.
- Card reader and parking equipment maintenance request should be submitted by e-mail to UCAPS_Operations@uml.edu
Office Services-related service requests
- Non-urgent requests or questions should be emailed to office_services@uml.edu
- For urgent matters related to mail, central receiving and print, please call 978-934-2679.
