When to Arrive
Fall 2012 Move-In will take place on Friday, August 31 (for Living Learning Communities only), Saturday, September 1, and Sunday, September 2.
Please note that we have staggered check-in times so that not all residents are moving in at the same time. Please make every effort to arrive during your allotted time.
First-Year Residents:
Fox Hall
Floors 4-7: Friday, Aug. 31 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Business Exchange and HEALL LLC's)
Floors 8-11: Saturday, Sep. 1 from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Floors 12-15: Saturday, Sep. 1 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Floors 16-18: Saturday, Sep. 1 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Leitch Hall
Members of Pre-Med LLC, 1st Floor: Friday, Aug. 31 from 12p.m to 3 p.m.
Floors 0 and 3: Saturday, Sep. 1 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Floors 1, 2 & 4: Saturday, Sep. 1 from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Concordia Hall

Eames Hall (Freshmen Only)
Floors 1-4: Friday, Aug. 31 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. (Honors)
First-year residents will receive their UCards at check-in when they arrive at their halls. You will also receive the key to your room, important documentation, a Statement of Agreement, and a Room Condition Form (RCF).
It is very important that you carefully review the condition of everything in your room and document everything on your RCF. You will be held financially responsible for any undocumented damage to the room upon your check-out.
You will be required to return this form, if you find any changes, by Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, to the staff office in your Residence Hall.
