UMass Lowell Undergraduate Students,
Are you interested in exploring the world of Virtual Reality (VR) and its potential to enhance mental well-being? A research group in the Solomont School of Nursing is excited to announce a research study at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, designed to examine the impact of VR-based interventions on optimism, sleep quality, stress, and overall mental health.
Who Can Participate?
- At least 18 years old
- A full-time undergraduate student at UML
- No significant visual or hearing impairment
- Not have previously participated in similar studies related to video games
- Not have undergone treatment with any antidepressants or antipsychotic medications or engaged in psychosocial therapies
- If you pass our pre-screening procedure, you will be invited to the VR study.
