Join this webinar to learn about research on employee attitudes towards organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion statements and diversity initiative fatigue. Katrina Burch, Associate Professor of industrial and organizational psychology, has studied how discrimination, harassment, and mistreatment in the workplace affects employee health, well-being, and performance.

Burch's research focuses on the work-life interface, workplace discrimination, harassment, and individual and work influences on safety, wellbeing, and performance. She uses the Total Worker Health® perspective to explore spillover effects of work and non-work domains, such as work and eldercare responsibilities; managing paid employment while attending school; and commuting experiences.

This presentation is offered by the UML Center for the Promotion of Health in the New England Workplace (CPH-NEW) as part of the Total Worker Health® Trends: Expert Webinar Series.
