Beginning on June 1, we will not longer be offering phone calls as a form of identity verification through Duo.
If you are currently using phone calls as your form of identification, please go to https://www.uml.edu/duo to change your settings to push notifications, text messages, or another form of verification to replace phone calls.
Please make these adjustments ahead of June 1 to prevent inaccessibility your Duo account.
Should you need assistance, or you have been locked out of your account and cannot receive Duo verification, please call TechServices at 978-934-4357 to have your account reset.
