PHIT.2030 Health Information Technology

This course covers:

Explore a variety of health information systems and technologies used in the coordination of care and delivery of health services.

National standards applicable to clinical, financial, and administrative data are required to appropriately manage health services.

Hands-on experience using electronic health records and best practices for selecting appropriate data.

Privacy, security, and confidentiality of protected health information in the electronic environment.
