VOWW is a project co-sponsored by the Labor Education Program and the Center for Women & Work (CWW), who have worked over the past 15 years to address the concerns of women and non-conforming genders working in all jobs across UMass Lowell. Our goals are:

To share workplace experiences with others at UML
To identify issues that we all share
To create an understanding of the unique issues facing us in different types of jobs
To create a community of workers involved in solving collectively defined issues/problems

Sponsored by the Center for Women & Work and the Labor Education Program. Additional support provided by MTA/GRACE (the Grant and Contract Funded Employee Association of the Massachusetts Teachers Association).
