Group therapy is led by a licensed mental health provider from UML Counseling Services and provides students with a safe and supportive space to learn more about themselves, receive feedback, connect with peers and learn new ways of relating to others. Students may benefit from group if they want to improve their relationships, want feedback on how others perceive them, experience anxiety or depressive symptoms, feel alone with their problems, or are experiencing stress related to their identity.
