Register now for the 2022 Grant Proposal Development Workshop, an intensive, six-seminar series, providing participants with hands-on experience in the full range of proposal development, from determining agency priorities to grant writing for maximum impact. All participants will complete the workshop with a fully developed proposal that has been through several rounds of peer review.

Ideal for junior faculty and post-docs, these sessions will be co-facilitated by Matthew Gage, Associate Professor of Chemistry, and Neil Shortland, Associate Professor of the School of Criminology and Justice Studies.

Each session builds upon previous sessions, with peer review being a critical component. Thus, it is important that participants commit to attending all six sessions. The sessions will be held: Aug. 2, 4, 9, 11, 16 and 25 from 8:30 a.m. – noon at Coburn 255.

The Aug. 25 session includes a mock panel review with feedback from associate deans and administrators.

Once registered, you will be provided instructions to submit a proposal abstract (no more than one page).
