On April 13 and April 14, UMass Lowell will celebrate our fifth annual Days of Giving. This two-day event brings out the best in our university community as we come together to raise money to empower student success.

In 2021, UML Days of Giving raised $555,866, a record-high total during its fourth year.

With your help, we’re hoping that we can top that record this year as a tribute to Chancellor Jacquie Moloney, who is retiring from her role as chancellor in June.

We are so proud of Days of Giving, which brings together our UML community — both near and far — through online posts and your efforts to spread the word by talking with colleagues and friends about this special event.

Around campus you may notice tables with staff members. Stop by, learn about the event and celebrate with ice cream, free T-shirts and more!

Donations can be made at www.uml.edu/umlgives. After making your gift, share your UML pride by posting on social media to encourage your online network to do the same. You never know who will be inspired to join you. Use the hashtag #UMLGIVES.

This year’s focus areas for fundraising include: the Moloney Student Fellowship Fund, scholarships, food and housing insecurity as well as assistance for first-generation students and River Hawk student athletes. Supporters can also choose to make a gift to any academic department, program or area of interest that they want to help. Thank you for the many ways you make UMass Lowell a better place.
