Each year the Student Government Association (SGA) holds elections for the undergraduate student body to select their representation for the coming academic year. Available positions include President, Vice President, Student Trustee, 42 Senate seats, and the Senior Class Executive Board. This packet contains the policies and procedures for the election process, for which all candidates are responsible.

Student Government Association sponsored elections will be held on Tuesday, April 12 through Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Ballots can be accessed at www.edu/elections.

The online application for SGA Elections will be available on Engage under forms on the SGA Organization page or as an alert on the front page. Each candidate must answer all questions on the application, as well as submit a personal statement within the form, stating their platform and reason for running. All applications are due by March 4, 2022

Once an application is submitted, the candidate will be vetted by the SGA Elections Committee. The candidate will then be approved in Engage.
