On behalf of the Voices of Working Women Coalition and the Campus Union Coalition, all faculty, staff and graduate students are invited to participate in a campus climate survey. The survey collection period has been extended and will close Friday, Jan. 7, at 5 p.m.

Access the survey online.

The goal of this survey is to ask participants about working and climate conditions on campus, including:

  • Perceptions of the inclusiveness of the campus community overall
  • Experiences and interactions within classrooms, schools/colleges, workplace environments, and the surrounding community
  • Experiences with mental health in Fall 2021 in-person campus
  • Experiences and interactions shaped by social identity
  • Perceptions of the university’s response to unfair treatment
  • Workload and flexibility information
  • Family life and work life balance perception
  • Health and safety experiences and perception
  • Changes needed to make UMass Lowell a more welcoming and inclusive place for all.

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. It takes about 10-20 minutes to complete, and has been optimized for computer, tablet and phone. Paper copies are also available.

You may skip any questions you prefer not to answer. Your responses are confidential to the extent allowed by law and university policy. Data records will include administrative data — such as job type or union — but no individuals will be identifiable in any presentations of the results. If you have any questions, contact voww@uml.edu.

Thank you for your participation!
