To be eligible, you must be age 18 or older and must be enrolled at one higher education institution in Massachusetts. The purpose of this survey and study is to learn about your experiences as a college student and how they may relate to retention and persistence in the COVID-19 educational environment . The responses you give will be used to provide valuable feedback to your college to help improve the services they provide to better serve students. The survey results will also provide valuable insight to researchers about the experience of college students in the pandemic environment.
This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. You may complete it using a smart phone, tablet or computer. The survey is anonymous. At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to participate in a raffle to win one of twenty-five $10 Amazon gift cards.
The study is being led by a faculty member and one doctoral student in the Research and Evaluation program in the UMass Lowell School of Education.
