UMass Lowell's Then New England Consortium (TNEC) is delivering a Health and Safety Series this Fall on a variety of topics such as The Implications of COVID-19 for Mental Health.

In this no-cost, 2-hour virtual Zoom course, we will discuss how COVID-19 has changed the way we all work. Some of us never stopped physically going to work, while others have been working remotely since March 2020. No matter where we are, working during a pandemic has added stress to our daily lives and impacts our health & well-being. The course will cover a stress assessment, resilience and healthy ways to cope with stress. The course is scheduled from 9AM- 11AM.
