Our second small group personal training sessions begins on 9/20.

Small group training allows you to feed off of the energy of others in the space while receiving one-on-one attention from the trainers. You’ll experience the creativity and knowledge of our training staff, meet new people, and enjoy a safe and effective workout.

Each session will include time to warm up, work on your mobility, activate your targeted muscle groups, strength training, cardio interval training and a cool down.

CRC Fall Session 1
When: Mondays, Sept. 20 - Oct. 18, 2021 (no session on 10/11)
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Location: Campus Recreation Center (front atrium fitness area)
Investment: $25 for student, $50 for faculty/staff/CRC Member
