Microsoft Teams is an intuitive collaboration and communication platform that allows groups to work together seamlessly. Teams represents a significant evolution in how we communicate and is an important tool for UMass Lowell.

Information Technology has partnered with Microsoft's training group to provide a series of live training sessions to our faculty/staff. These will be hosted virtually by a Microsoft trainer and will include customized material for us as well as a Q&A session. Two levels of courses will be available (L100 and L200) - while you may find more benefit to taking them in that order, they can be attended out of sequence if necessary. Each course will be offered twice to accommodate schedules.
