Join Campus Recreation's personal trainers for a new small group personal training program!
Small group training allows you to feed off of the energy of others in the space while receiving one-on-one attention from the trainers. You’ll experience the creativity and knowledge of our training staff, meet new people, and enjoy a safe and effective workout.
Each session will include time to warm up, work on your mobility, activate your targeted muscle groups, strength training, cardio interval training , and a cool down.

Wednesdays and Fridays, July 14– August 6
4-5 p.m.
Location Campus Recreation Center (front atrium fitness area)
Cost: $75/student $100/faculty/staff/CRC Member
