Join us on June 15 at 3 p.m. EDT for Holistic Health: Women, Wellness & Leadership. This free online event will offer practical insights into:
- How stress and burnout can affect overall health
- Prioritizing healthy nutrition for physical and emotional health
- Effective leadership strategies, challenges and opportunities
- The science behind mindfulness and holistic health
Moderated by Anne Maglia, associate vice chancellor for research administration and integrity, this interactive session will feature expert insights from:
- Karoline Evans, assistant professor of management in the Manning School of Business and a research associate in the Center for Women and Work
- Tara Healey, founder and director of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care’s “Mind the Moment” mindfulness program
- Kelsey M. Mangano, assistant professor of biomedical and nutritional sciences and director of nutritional science in the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences
