Campus Recreation is looking to help you get outside and enjoy the warmer weather. This monthlong program is designed to give you a variety of workouts to mix up your jogging or walking routines. You'll find intervals, hill workouts, distance/time goals and support through mobility.

Dates: June 1 - 30, 2021

Register for this program and you'll receive:

  • A calendar for the month with different running/walking workouts
  • 4 mobility follow along workouts (under 15 minutes each)
  • 4 Yoga classes
  • Optional weekly check ins via email or zoom for guidance and support
