Summer Kick Off!
Join Campus Recreation for a 4-week program designed to kick off your summer with cardio kickbox classes, total body strength workouts, goal setting strategies, and meditations. The workouts can be done when it fits your schedule and if you choose we can connect weekly to offer guidance and support.
Dates: May 24 - June 18, 2021
You'll Receive:
- 2 Kickbox classes/week (20 minute & 40 minute options)
- 4 written total body strength workouts (your choice of bodyweight or equipment)
- Recorded Meditations
- Optional weekly check ins via email or Zoom
- Calendar to help fit your workouts into your life
- All classes will be upload to a library for easy access
