Join Campus Recreation and get moving! Before the program begins you will take a survey to help us cater your program to your level. Each week you'll receive a running/walking program. Our Strava group will help you to stay connected, cheer others on, and track your progress. This program will include supplemental content including warm ups/cool downs, strength, and mobility.

Program is 4 weeks long running from April 5-30.
