As part of its Distinguished Speaker Series, The Donahue Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility is pleased to host Dolly Chugh for a virtual interactive discussion focusing on allyship, inclusion, diversity and equity on Tuesday, April 6 at 12:30 p.m.
Chugh is an award-winning professor and social psychologist at the New York University Stern School of Business. Her research focuses on the “psychology of good people” and has been published in many top managerial and academic publications. Chugh teaches courses in leadership, management, and negotiations to MBA students at the Stern School of Business. She is the author of “The Person You Mean to Be: How Good People Fight Bias,” and her related TED Talk was named one of the 25 Most Popular TED Talks of 2018 and currently has more than 4.5 million views. This webinar promises to have a meaningful, empowering, and memorable impact on our students and the UMass Lowell community.
