Participants will be provided with a systematic approach to project risk/opportunity management that consists of Risk Identification and Analysis methodologies, Risk Response Planning tools and recommended practices for Risk Monitoring and Control.

Conflict Resolution for Project Managers
Virtual Zoom Seminar
Tuesdays 6 to 8 p.m. from April 6 to 27

This interactive seminar examines the positive and negative consequences of conflict; typical conflict responses; conflict stimulators and extinguishers; and dealing with conflicting positions to achieve good team decisions. Includes role plays.

This workshop counts as an Elective in the Professional Certificate in Project Management. Standard GPS tuition rates apply.
