As our Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST) celebrates its one year of operation, our objective is to use this town hall to underscore our commitment to quality and timely service to you all while providing updates on:
- UPST's progress from inception to date;
- how feedback from you is being incorporated into UPST's activities (processes and projects); and
- UPST's current and planned harmonization/transformation initiatives.
