This seminar is essential for professionals who need to develop project requirements and meet deadlines. At the end of this seminar, attendees will know how to tackle an assigned project: where to start, how to define the work, how to make estimates, and how to lead a team in developing a schedule. Standard GPS tuition rates apply.

This workshop counts as a Core Knowledge Area in the Professional Certificate in Project Management.
