Are you a student at UMass Lowell and at least 18 years of age?
Did you know that as of Nov. 1, 2022, Massachusetts banned the disposal of textiles including clothes, shoes, mattresses, and curtains? While this regulation is in place, many challenges still affect how people recycle textiles and even other items, and we want to understand them better.
We are conducting a short, anonymous survey to explore how students approach recycling and the barriers that prevent effective participation. Your input will help identify real-world challenges and opportunities to improve recycling efforts.
This online survey is open to ALL UMass Lowell students (undergraduate, graduate, full-time, part-time, on-campus, and online) who are at least 18 years of age. It takes about 10 minutes to complete and has no open-ended questions required for completion.
Your participation is crucial in shaping efforts to promote sustainable recycling policies. As a thank you for your time, you can enter into win one of two $50 gift cards.
