Hear from Cindi Bigelow, third-generation president and CEO of family-owned Bigelow Tea. Cindi spent nearly 20 years in all areas of the company her grandmother founded in 1945. The company remains a family-owned business. Headquartered in Fairfield, Connecticut and employing 350 people across three manufacturing facilities, Bigelow Teas produces over 2 billion tea bags annually. Cindi will share some of the lessons learned heading this national market leader of specialty teas.
