In addition to her academic experience, Stephanie has a private career coaching and counseling practice, and provides training presentations and instructional design for nonprofit, government, and corporate clients.  As a career coach, Stephanie helps her clients find careers that engage their passion and interests, develop job search tools and strategies to create impact and visibility, as well as helps people move beyond limiting judgments and beliefs that impact their self-esteem and confidence.   Previously, Stephanie worked in corporate and nonprofit training departments, and in marketing.  She is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, and also certified as an Essential Colors Color and Wardrobe Consultant.  

Areas of Expertise & Professional Interests

Stephanie has an extensive background and experience in two parallel career tracks:  career coaching/counseling and training/instructional design.  She has worked with undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni at UMass Lowell, Tufts University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Northeastern University.  As a Certified Professional RÈsumÈ Writer, Stephanie has specialized knowledge and training in rÈsumÈ writing for diverse industries and occupations.  At UMass Lowell, she coaches and instructs undergraduate Plastics Engineering students and student veterans enrolled in the Professional Co-op program.
