This is a spring semester course that will take students to Madrid, Spain, May 12-21, 2025. Accepted students will be asked to pay a confirmation deposit by credit card or check/money order by the end of October in the amount of $550. This is payable towards the Faculty-led Study Abroad Program Fee.
The program fee will be approximately $2,500 and includes housing, all excursions, transfer to and from Madrid's airport, health insurance, access to Academic Programs International (API) on-site staff, as well as welcome and farewell dinners. This is a 3-credit spring semester course. As such, the tuition for the course will be a part of your spring course load.
Students are responsible for purchasing their own flights to Madrid, Spain. The Honors College and the Office of Study Abroad will identify the group flight, should students wish to travel with fellow UMass Lowell students.
