Six Month Co-op Experience Brings Valuable Lessons

Anna Schmidt RAMP '21 is participating in co-op with Abiomed. Reports Anna, “As six-month electrical engineering co-op at Abiomed, I am gaining valuable hands-on experience working with advanced medical devices. My role includes supporting the development of new software and hardware for the Advanced Development Optics team and collaborating with the other co-ops and teams.
"I have also had the opportunity to attend meetings with senior engineers and contribute to important discussions about design and testing strategies. Abiomed's commitment to innovation and patient-centered care has made my experience here both challenging and rewarding.
