Residence Hall Information
All undergraduate (full-time and part-time) and all graduate students (full-time and part-time) are eligible to live in University housing. Students seeking housing are required to sign a full-year housing contract.
Residence Hall Rates
Estimated Room Rates 2022-2023
Any cancelled contract will be assessed a $200 cancellation penalty. Please refer to the Housing Contract for additional cancellation fees and deadlines.
The following Residence Hall Rates are subject to change by the vote of the UMass Board of Trustees.
Residence Hall - Rate 1
Students are required to purchase an Unlimited Meal Plan as outlined on the 2022-2023: Residence Hall Meal Plans page.
