Supporting Your College Student
We believe families play a significant supporting role during the college experience. Whether you are a new River Hawk parent or have been one for years - it is important to have easy access to the tools and resources needed to guide your student on their educational journey. The Solution Center is the first point of contact for questions in the areas of financial aid, billing and registration. Our cross-trained staff are available via phone, email or in-person at University Crossing. We welcome you as extended members of the UMass Lowell community!
