According to our schedule of cancellation penalties, students who only have a spring assignment have two weeks from the date of assignment to cancel with only the $200 cancellation penalty. If they wait, they have until the first day of classes to cancel and receive a 50% refund of housing charges. Any student who moves into their assignment is not eligible for a refund of any sort.
Pricing for housing is determined at the executive level. See rates for the 2020-21 school year.
