Biosketch

Prior to joining the Office of Student Conduct, Kate worked at Temple University in Philadelphia where she served as the Program Coordinator for Alcohol & Other Drugs, Interpersonal Violence and Mental Health with the Wellness Resource Center and began to truly embrace her passion for interpersonal violence and sexual assault prevention and education. Prior to her work as a prevention educator, Kate was the Coordinator for Student Conduct and Crisis Management in Residential Life at Temple University, the Coordinator for Education and Outreach at Immaculata University, and a Counselor at Rosemont College. Prior to finding her place in the Student Affairs world, Kate worked in the mental health field, focusing on working with those struggling with addiction as well as children diagnosed with ASD and Conduct Disorder. Kate holds an M.A. in counseling from Immaculata University, an M.S. in human resource management from Temple University, and a B.A. in psychology from Millersville University. Kate resides with her fiance, their two cats and all the cheese that can fit in a fridge.
