Educational Background

Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Keene State College 
Master of Education in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Higher Education Administration from Lynn University 


Joy lived in Florida for seven years and is the former Director of Housing at Lynn University (Boca Raton, FL). She attended Keene State College for her undergraduate career. The city of Keene is known for having the widest main street in the United States, the movie “Jumangi” was filmed there, as well as at one point holding the Guinness Book World Record for the most carved jack-o-lanterns in one location: 28,952 (in 2003). Joy’s family, “The Doliber’s” founded Marblehead, Massachusetts in 1629.

Joy is extremely excited to be working at UMass Lowell, especially with first year students. She explains "This school has so many exciting opportunities for students to take advantage in and outside of the classroom!"
