Online Forms

All of our current forms are now located on the Online Housing Portal and are easy to access!

Housing Application

Step 1: Log in to the Online Housing Portal

Step 2: Click Housing Applications in the top menu

Step 3: Select the application you would like to complete

Step 4: Fill out all required fields

Step 5: Return to this application to select your roommates, room, and meal plan (more information about the timing of these processes will be emailed to your student email address)

Room Change Request

Step 1: Log in to the Online Housing Portal

Step 2: Select Room Change Request in the top menu

Step 3: Select the term you would like to request a change for

Step 4: Fill out all required fields

Step 5: We will be in touch with you via your student email to fulfill your request on a first come first serve basis, based on availability

Cancellation Request

Step 1: Log in to the Online Housing Portal

Step 2: Select Cancellation Housing Application in the top menu

Step 3: Select the term you would like to cancel for

Step 4: Fill out all appropriate fields and agree to terms of cancellation, please review your license agreement for any charges associated with cancelling your housing

Step 5: We will update your cancellation status and notify you via the housing portal and your student email
