All of our current forms are now located on the Online Housing Portal and are easy to access!

Housing Portal Menu

Housing Application:

Step 1: Log in to the Online Housing Portal

Step 2: Click Housing Applications in the top menu

Step 3: Select the application you would like to complete

Step 4: Fill out all required fields and pay $200 non-refundable housing deposit*

* Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Discover

Step 5: Return to this application starting May 1 to select your roommates, room, and meal plan


Room Change Request:

Step 1: Log in to the Online Housing Portal

Step 2: Select Room Change Request in the top menu

Step 3: Select the room you would like to request a change from

Step 4: Fill out all appropriate fields

Step 5: We will be in touch with you to fulfill your request on a first come first serve basis, based on availability


Cancellation Request:

Step 1: Log in to the Online Housing Portal

Step 2: Select Cancellation Request in the top menu

Step 3: Select the assignment you would like to cancel

Step 4: Fill out all appropriate fields, agree to terms of cancellation

Step 5: We will update your cancellation status on the portal
