The Upper-Class Creative Arts LLC is continuation of the First-Year Creative Arts Living-Learning Community, and is designed to be an inclusive and celebratory community of students from all disciplines involving art and expression, including, but not limited to: Theater Arts, Creative Writing, Literature, Dance, Movement and Performance, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Gaming, Studio Art, etc…
The only requirement to be part of this community is a passion for the arts and a commitment to be an engaged participant; it is open to any student whom has a vested interest in creative expression.
Students who choose to live in this LLC will explore various social issues within the Arts community, build connections with faculty and staff members that will promote their career development, as well as become exposed to diverse expressions of art in an effort to expand student worldviews. This LLC is supported by a dedicated faculty advisor whom challenges students to think more critically and creatively as they explore their passions. Students will be afforded opportunities to grow as leaders, community members, artists and be given access to the resources of our “Living-Learning Labs” to further develop and explore their craft. This LLC is sponsored by the College of Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.
