UMass Lowell Counseling Services offers free and confidential individual and group counseling for students regardless of disability for personal growth, psychological concerns (related to disability or not), career indecision, identity issues, substance abuse and other concerns as long as those services are able to meet the needs of the individual. With a student-centered approach, UMLCS fosters self-advocacy and self-determination and promotes awareness that disability is an element of diversity.
