Biofeedback is a highly effective technique used to help with anxiety, stress, headaches, chronic pain. It helps you learn how to intentionally regulate normally automatic functions such as breathing, heart rate, muscle tension, and blood pressure. During Biofeedback, sensors are attached to the body and connected to a computer to allow you to practice controlling bodily processes through breathing and relaxation exercises.
