To start recruiting UMass Lowell co-op students, you can access our self-serve job posting and recruiting system, CareerLINK. Simply complete your company profile and submit a co-op job description. Typically within 2 business days your job will be available for students to apply to.
You can increase your visibility through special recruiting strategies like on-campus interview days, employer information sessions, company tours, and career fair attendance. We can consult with you on the best mix of recruiting strategies.
The prime time to recruit an upcoming UMass Lowell graduate is during the spring and summer. To accommodate UMass Lowell’s co-op program, the majority of students graduate in August (compared to May at other schools).

While you may not typically think of a college to support companies outside of college recruiting, UMass Lowell works with alumni of all levels and can help employers target active and passive candidates.
